For more than 75 years, the Clarendon Hills Chapter of the Infant Welfare Society has brought together passionate women committed to improving the lives of children and families in need. Founded in 1948 by nine dedicated volunteers, CHIW has grown into a vibrant organization of 60 members who support the Angel Harvey Family Health Center in Chicago through fundraising, volunteerism, and community engagement.
Members have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while building lasting friendships and connections. Through signature fundraising events such as Luminaria, the Witches Ride, and our annual Spring Gala, CHIW helps ensure access to vital healthcare services for underserved communities throughout Chicago.
Whether you're looking to give back, meet other community-minded women, or become part of a long-standing tradition of service, CHIW offers a welcoming and rewarding experience. Together, our members help provide care and hope to more than 13,000 patients served annually by the Angel Harvey Family Health Center.
