Making a Difference

Learn about our passionate team of volunteers and how you can help!

Our Team

The Clarendon Hills Chapter of the Infant Welfare Society is comprised of 50 volunteers who are dedicated to fundraising and supporting the Angel Harvey Family Health Center in Chicago to make its growing number of health care services possible to those in need.

Our History

In 1948, nine women joined together to create the Clarendon Hills Chapter of the Infant Welfare Society of Chicago (CHIW) benefiting mothers and children in need.  Today, more than 13,000 patients benefit annually from CHIW and the growing number of chapters supporting the Angel Harvey Family Health Center in Chicago.

Our Mission

The Clarendon Hills Chapter of the Infant Welfare Society's mission is to provide support and fundraising to the Angel Harvey Family Health Center of Chicago, which in turn provides a full range of health care services for Chicago's under-served communities.
